Welcome to your ideal Montana getaway! Step into our beautifully converted Montana barn house, right on the banks of the Yellowstone River. This home offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated main floor and kitchen, a spacious porch, and all the amenities you desire. Just steps away, stroll to banks of the river, a peaceful creek, or dine at one of Big Timbers local restaurants. Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of the Montanan outdoors.

Positioned right on the Yellowstone River, our house showcases sweeping views of the Absorokee and Crazy Mountain Ranges. Newly renovated using original material the house blends its early 1900s structure with a 2023 renovation and update for modern convenience and comfort.

AGA RANGE INFORMATION:
Stovetop is propane with four electric ovens.

Top left oven - Roasts
Top right oven - Bakes
Bottom left oven - Convection
Bottom right oven - Warmer

AGA INSTRUCTIONS: WARNING OPEN DOORS GET HOT
Slightly lift handle up to open and close.
Slightly push in dial and turn to the left to ignite.
Then turn left to desired setting important: MAKE SURE ALL DIALS ARE OFF (WHITE LINE FACE UPWARD)

HOW TO OPERATE THE AGA STOVETOP:
​Familiarize yourself with the different components of the appliance, including the ovens, grill compartment, hotplate, and simmering oven.

1. Use the gas control knobs to adjust the heat of the burners on the gas hotplate. ​2. Use the grill pan and handle provided for the electric grill. 3. Set the oven temperature control to the desired setting for the specific oven you are using. ​4. Use the minute timer to set the desired cooking time. ​5. Follow the instructions for the automatic cooking program to set the cooking time and finish time. ​6. Clean the appliance using appropriate cleaning methods and products, avoiding caustic solutions or steam cleaners. 7. ​Regularly service the AGA appliance according to the manufacturer's guidelines. 8. ​Preheat the ovens before cooking by setting them to the desired temperature until the neon light goes out. ​9. Use the shelves provided in the ovens and leave a gap between dishes and the sides of the oven for effective heat distribution. ​10. Adjust cooking times and temperatures when using the fan oven. ​11. Follow the cooking charts provided for specific cooking times and temperatures for different types of food. 12. ​Keep the grill compartment door open when using the electric grill. ​13. Turn the gas control knob to the desired heat setting for the gas hotplate burners. 14. ​Select the desired oven by turning the oven control knob to the appropriate setting. 15. ​Use the simmering oven for slow cooking and gentle heat. ​16. Set the minute timer to the desired cooking time. ​17. Follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures for the AGA appliance. ​Note: These are general operating instructions, and it is important to refer to the specific instructions and guidelines provided with the AGA appliance for accurate and detailed operating instructions. ​

Operating the Grill:
1. Plug in and power on the grill.
2. Load the hopper with food-grade pellets.
3. Adjust the variable displacement damper to the desired position.
4. Push the power button to start the combustion air fan.
5. Set the desired cooking temperature using the rotary selector knob.
6. Once the temperature reaches the set point, place the food on the grates.
7. Monitor the temperature and adjust as needed during the cooking process.
8. When finished cooking, press the power button to shut down the grill.

Routine Maintenance:
Clean the cooking grates every as needed.
Clean the grease bucket as needed.
Inspect and clean the interior of the cooking chamber every 7-10 cooks.
Check and maintain the grease management area.
